Hi Although the initial download of Limewire is free, the people who wrote Limewire want you to buy Limewire Pro, which is not free. The pro version, they say, will give you access to millions more songs and sources that you don't get with the free version. So unless you search for really mainstream artists like the horrible James Blunt song you aren't likely to get that many hits. Whether the pro version is worth the money I don't know. There are other things you can try like EMule and Bittorrent.
You can't, it depends on how the person uploaded it to Limewire or any other program. It's just a matter of luck.
To automatically transfer songs from LimeWire 5.4.8 to iTunes, first ensure that iTunes is set to monitor the LimeWire download folder. In LimeWire, go to "Tools" > "Options" > "Saving," and note the folder where your downloads are saved. To get songs onto an iPod nano, you have to have iTunes (you can download this at www.apple.com) . If you want songs from Media Player, open both programs on your computer, and drag the songs from Media Player into iTunes. Or, you can buy songs at iTunes too. Once you have iTunes, any songs you download on Limewire go automtically to iTunes. If this doesn't work, then again, drag the songs on Limewire into iTunes.
Downloading any copyrighted material from Limewire is legal no matter if you already own it or not.
