According to google, the driest place on Earth is the Atacama desert in Chile. There are places in this desert where rain has never been recorded. But even here, the air will contain trace amounts of water vapour (very, very little though). To my knowledge, there is no place on or even in the Earth that is entirely without water.
Pandas Get their water from any place water is, like lakes, rivers or anything else.
Ponds and marshes or any other place with water
Where the coolant goes? That's the only place I could guess. Water is not supposed to be in any other place.
There is no bottomless body of water in the world. Any water area no matter how deep will eventually have a bottom.
no water can be placed anywhere as long as it is enclosed so it won't get out and you will have enough.
No, the constitution does not say "world 4 world" at any place in the text.
