Yes there are, but they are more of apprenticeships or tutoring than an actual schooling establishment.

Ive never heard of any school that teaches how to tattoo... You have to start out as an apprentice and learn from an experienced tattoo artist...
There are many tattoo schools out there, one of the highest recommended schools is the International school of Body art, they have locations in the US and Canada. the as well have 1 year online study programs as well as tattoo and piercing in person training. you can get more info here: www.internationalschoolofbodyart.com
I think if you have parent permission any age is fine anywhere. if not 18.
Old Larimer Street Tattoo is the best shop in the world. The artists, and environment make this elite parlor one of the most unique, and satisfying tattoo / piercing establishments anywhere!
Elvis did not have any tattoo's.
No. You may not bring any paintball equipment to anywhere besides paintball facilities, and your own property, especially schools.
I seriously doubt that you can go anywhere in the world (be it a school or not) and there not be ANY bullying at all. Some schools are better than others, though, about taking care of the bullying.
I am not sure where you can buy discount pricing on designer brands, i would guess just about anywhere on line, but i am really not sure, i would try ebay, kmart, or any other places like that
A man can have any tattoo that he wants. If he wants a unicorn tattoo, then he can get a unicorn tattoo.
You can get designer handbags in many places. If you live in New York State you can always go to China Town in NYC for the cheapest possible replica designer price. However, living anywhere else in the United states, designer handbags are not hard to find, you can look in any shopping mall, flea market, or department store (Macys, Jcpenny, or Bloomingdales) to get the designer bag of your choice.
No, there is no such tattoo, though any person can have a gay-themed tattoo, such as a rainbow or a pink triangle.
Tattoo schools are complete garbage and a waste of both time and money. Not to mention that to have a "diploma" from one will get you laughed out of any shop if you go in there for a job. You will have to get an apprenticeship with a tattoo artist, which I know is far easier said than done, but this is the only way that you will be able to learn the right way as well as to have respect from other artists who will know that you didn't try to go the easy way out and go to a "school" that attempts to poorly teach you in 2 weeks what it took most of us anywhere from 2-3 years to learn properly. Besides which, there are VERY few of these "schools" in the country, and I don't believe Pennsylvania is one of the states where there is one.
