unfortunately in Pakistan there is not much scope of genetic engineering however abroad researches in this field of science are conducted on vast scales and job opportunities and research work abroad is also excellent and good. in Pakistan genetic engineering is still in its premature phase and if you like me are interested in genetic enginnering then you should consider to go abroad for study and other work related to it
It's been about 60 years since I was in engineering school but at that time civil engineers were not required to take any electrical engineering courses.
There is no institution in Pakistan that offers BS degree in Nuclear Engineering...There is two for MS degree and their names are Pakistan institute of applied sciences islamabad and Kanupp....so you ll have to get a BS degree from any other country and come back to Pakistan if you want and get MS degree from here.but its not so advanced so its better you take to abroad .warm wishes
Engineering is the application of rules of engineering to any field e-g application of rules of engineering to computer-science makes it computer-engineering similar to all fields (electrical, civil, petroleaum, software)

Not much of the scope since no proper electronic industry is here except a few which are not working as system designs. For example not researching or creating a new design of appliances instead doing the assembling.... so no scope yet but in future GOD knows better.
