If you have Guitar Hero 5 and/or 6 (Warrioirs of Rock) you can play any song on Career with 2 Guitars and a Drum. If you do not have any of these, you cannot play 3 players with 2 guitars and a drum. You could play with a guitar, bass, and a drum, but you cannot play with 2 guitars and a drum. This could be different with the Rock Band games, though.
Not it's own guitars, but they did have a double bass drum set exlusive for it when it came out
Well, that depends on which game it is. Guitar Hero I and II can only use two guitars. Guitar Hero 3 can use two guitars, but Guitar Hero: World Tour can use a whole band set of two guitars, a microphone and a drum set. Though it is rumored you can use up to 3 guitars in Guitar Hero 5. Even still, the majority of these games limit it to two guitars.
There are many places a person may purchase Gretsch brand guitars. For instance, these great guitars may be purchased online at Musicians Friend, Amazon, and eBay. Additionally, a person may find these guitars at most Guitar Center retail locations or on the Guitar Center website.
vocals, guitar, bass, keyboard, and drum machine
No, it is 1-4 players. Two guitars, one drum, and one mic.
While they have made the guitars cross-compatable now, sadly, the drum sets are still NOT.

Mostly the guitar's D tuned 7 string guitars and David silveria's drum tuning
No, you can't use your Rock Band Wii guitar for guitar hero or vice versa. You can't use rock band guitars on guitar hero...but we use our wii guitar hero guitars for both rock band and of course guitar hero. You cannot switch out drum sets. We have had to buy both sets, rock band and guitar hero.
Guitars, bass guitar, drum kit (Stewart Copeland plays a single hi-hat), synthesizers and piano.
No, but it does on Wii.
