Yes! I am 17 and have two. There is a place in crystal Minnesota called ace tattoo. They do a great job! All you need is your parent.
Not for a new tattoo. You must be at least 18 to get a tattoo in Tennessee. However, there is an exception to allow a parent to take a 16 or 17 year old in to get an existing tattoo covered.
No. A 13 year old is not considered legally old enough to make that decision, even with parental consent.
NO THERE ISNT
yes you can
that's completely ridiculous. you have a halfassed parent if they're letting you get a tattoo at the age of 12. you've barely gone through puberty, if even started. your body is still growing. it will stretch and look like crap. then not only will you regret it, but you'll be embarrassed to have to walk around with the tattoo on your body.
The laws in Arizona are pretty specific. They can give a tattoo to a minor. But it requires the physical presence of a parent at the tattoo parlor.
16 but once your 18 you don't need consent
It is unlawful for any person to tattoo any other person under the age of eighteen without the consent of the parents of such person in Louisana.
In most tattoo parlors you have to be 18 in order to get a tattoo without parent consent.
Once you turn 18 yes - prior to that age, no.
I know most tattoo parlors there will tattoo a 17 year old with parents PRESENT. Some will do 16 year olds with parents PRESENT. but written consent doesn't mean much when it can be forged.
If you are eighteen years old, or if you have a parent or guardian with you, most tattoo parlors will let you get one.
It is illegal for a minor to get a tattoo with or without parent consent in North Carolina.
Seriously? Haha. No. That's not possible
You must be 18 to get a tattoo in Georgia. Parental consent does not change this.

You have to be 16
18
im pretty sure you can, but alot of parlors wont do it because of ethics codes
The legal age in Florida to get a tattoo with parental consent is 16. A parent or legal guardian must be present and provide written consent for the minor to receive a tattoo.
