it depends on what type of iPod you have if you have a ipod touch (any generation) than just press the home button if it is frozen try turning it off by pressing the top button and if that doesnt work than hold down the home button and the lock button (button on the top) at the same time. If it still doesn't work than you probably might want to go to the Apple Store and see what they can do.
