Sims 3 stops when im loading sunset valley why?
I am having the same exact problem, I just loaded the fast-lane stuff pack. I have made it to the loading screen for all the towns, including Sunset Valley, and it makes it about half way, then I notice that the game tips stops changing, the bar stops progressing, and I have to start up Windows Task Manager and stop the game... it really stinks. I thought it was going to rescue my game after an update that was giving me an error which was popping up when I used the launcher for Sims 3. It was saying "Base game is incompatible with current expansion pack, please update via the game launcher" but the launcher wouldn't show anything and I wasn't able to click on anything... Anyway I have tried getting rid of mods, making more space on my computers drive, and checking online, but I can't find anything! I know this might not help, but try going on either the official Sims 3 website.
