Yes.Something said there are cheats to unlock all characters.But i dont know the cheat.I have that game i completed it but im trying to get kakashi gaiden.I'm stuck on a few missions. how do you get kakashi gaidenD!!!

Well, I'm pretty sure the hard way is to finish all "s" rank missions, kakashi gaiden, and the story mode. But there is no easy way, that's the only way. If you wanna unlock sasuke, finish storymode twice. Yeah.
