Nope, but I would look into getting a Pandora's Battery anyway - it's dang useful, and if you own a bunch of old SNES games, you can play them on the go. As for your original question, however, I'm afraid it's not possible.

No, you can't. And even with a Pandora Battery, you cannot downgrade the 3000 or the late 2000 model.
