None are mentioned. Perhaps you are thinking of the deposed Persian Queen Vashti by King Xerxes in Esther 1. He was drinking too much and requested the Queen appear before him and his nobles - probably nude, only wearing her crown. She refused.

In The Bible, there is a story about Hannah, who initially couldn't have children and was deeply distressed. However, there is no mention of her drinking alcohol. She fervently prayed to God for a child, and eventually, her prayer was answered, and she gave birth to Samuel, who became a prophet.
