the golden eagle wins because it hunts huge animals and can kill wolfs and the harpy eagle does not do those things I did some research and actaully a harpy eagle would win it is the biggest most powerful eagle so the golden eagle wouldent stand a chance that is a horrible answer. do more research. the golden eagles kill animals 4 times its size all the time. it can fly higher in the sky witch means it can suprise attack the harpy eagle. so the golden eagle definatly has a chance, the harpy eagle and the golden eagle deliver instant kills to their prey so it is a 50 50 chance that either would win, it all depends on who can deliveer it faster and more efficient and the golden eagle is faster. and they ar both efficient killers, espishally the golden eage. people hunt with them all the time and kill deer and wolves. goats and ex. So your statement is childish and unlogical. the harpy eagle may be larger but definatly isnt that much more powerful concidering that golden eagle have talons capable of power of 750 psi. pounds per square inch. thats enough to break you arm let alone another eagle, eagles have brittle hallow bones and can break easie than our own. and a golden eagles talons have a locking mechanisim that is unbreakable and proven unbreakable by any natural way. I dont even think a harpy eagle can do that although they have a powerful grip also. the golden eagles claws on the end of his talons have 1500 psi. they can easily rip flesh and deliver a Instand kill to any eagle in the sky just as the harpy eagle. talons on head = mission complete and golden eagle and harpy eagle specialize in crushing the skulls of their prey before they have the chance to attack. either of them could win and Im even betting that a golden eagle has a better chance counting on that they are more agile weighing less and having larger wings and being able to fly higher above the harpy eagle.
