It's not clear what you mean by "crooked stamp(*)"
If you mean that the image isn't directly centered on the coin, you could have what's called an off-center strike(*). That's a surprisingly common error because of the huge number of cents minted(*) each year at high speed. At least for pennies it's generally only collectible when more than 15 or 20 percent of the image is missing.
(*) To explain all of the asterisks, coins are normally said to be minted or struck, not "stamped". For some reason the term "stamping" us usually reserved for industrial things like car fenders or flatware.
