If your pup has diarrhea, then you need to take him or her in to see your Veterinarian. Bring in a fecal sample too. Be sure to tell your Vet that you have seen tapeworm segments, look like grains of rice. Roundworms look like spaghetti. Internal parasites do not necessarily cause diarrhea so you need to find the real reason for the diarrhea. Has your pup had any vaccines against Parvo, distemper, etc.? Be sure you are feeding a good name brand of puppy food too, not some cheap generic brand.
take it to a vet its the only way to remove it... poor puppy
P.S. Hes called rio

Yes, if the adult dog was not vaccinated against distemper he can be infected by a sick puppy. If the adult dog has current vaccinations he is not at risk.
Before anything else, you have to take your puppy to the vet. Then, you can look into giving your puppy the right nutrition. Stay away from oily foods. In fact, don't feed them human food while they're sick.
No, they do not, but tapeworms ARE dangerous, but not REALLY serious. If they were, we all would feel sick in the stomach. Though we all do get occasional bellyaches, that doesn't mean you have tapeworms.
The puppy can get sick.
Are you Serious!? Obviously your dog is sick and has tapeworms. Take it to a vet, get some pills, and make sure next time living things are crawling out of your dogs ass, you go to a vet instead wondering if its strange.
Take it to the vet.
