DO NOT USE anything with Water, Water damages wood flooring. DO NOT use steamers, they use HOT water and that damages wood flooring. you need an oil or wax based cleaner. Go to Lowes or Home Depot & get a hardwood flooring cleaner made by one of the HARDWOOD flooring manufacturers like Bruce or Armstong, that will be OK to use. Bona also makes a great line of flooring products.
Use it with equal parts of water.
It does not matter which type of cleaner you use with the machine as long as it is intended for that type of machine. Be sure that the cleaner states that it is for use with a steam cleaner.
You really shouldn't use coil cleaner on a radiator. Unless the cleaner specifically says that this is one use you should use the proper cleaner.
No its just to clean your injectors the fuel injector cleaner will just go right through the filter it wont do anything to filter.

You should not use any cleaner that is not made for electronics. If you do not have any, use water and a cloth.
Short Answer: Yes. It is an enzyme based cleaner that was designed to use cold water. If the water is too hot, it will destroy the enzymes and be ineffective.
