Windows seven comes with its own photo management program. It's called Windows Photo Viewer. It's pretty basic, but does everything you need it to do, including slide shows.

Sorry, but you can't. It is strictly a Mac OS X program that comes bundled with every Apple computer. If you really desperately need Photo Booth, you will have to buy a Mac, which is what I'm typing this response on. Good luck buying a Mac!
