all the time and everywhere you look, finding someone to slap parts is easy, fimdimg someone motivated, wanting to be a team player and wanting to learn is rare. I have been doing this 8 years and a good person is hard to find and always needed. Very few people want to do electrical, diagnosis and trouleshooting, make these strong points in your work and there will always be demand.
