Actually, there are many ways. But first, you have to save the world 1 time (Beat Dialga). Other extra dungeons may require you save the world a SECOND time (Beat Darkrai). Every extra dungeon has its certain requirements. For example, to unlock the dungeon "Landslide Cave", you have to recycle 3 times at the Spinda Cafe'. Some also require making drinks at Spinda's Juice Bar, like the dungeons "Lush Prairie" and "Serenity River". Other extra dungeons may require things like a certain rank, Graduating the Guild, having "secret rank", receiving a job or challenge at the Cafe', and finding a job offer at the Guild that reveals the mystery dungeon's location for you.
