There will be no fifth instalment in the series. However, a companion to Twilight is in the process of being written. It is practically Twilight, but written in Edward's point of view. It will be called Midnight Sun and a partial draft can be found on Meyer's site [264 pages/12 chapters.]
As of now we no longer know if Stephine Meyer is going to publish Midnight Sun because one of her drafts was leaked online.
