Is there going to be a Halo 4?

Halo 4 LikelyMicrosoft's Bungie will no longer be creating Halo Video Games after the production of 'Halo: Reach' (coming 2010) but Microsoft's 343 Industries is taking over after that game comes out. They might create a game, Halo 4. I say that because if you beat Halo 3 on legendary you see an extra clip att the end where Spartan 117 and Cortana are seen floating toward a mysterious planet.
