As of now, there are no plans for a Book 8 in the Septimus Heap series by Angie Sage. The series was intended to be seven books long and concluded with "Fyre." The author has not announced any further additions to the series.

I don't know about book 9 and 10 but book number 8 is going to be called crocodile tears and comes out in the UK December! :)
