No the Map Pack that was coming with the different name has the Annihilation map packs Silo, Drive-in, Hanger 18, & Hazards maps on it and was mistakenly called retaliation and was to come out June 28 2011 and is just another Gamespot mistake like when they had the PS3 Annihilation map pack coming out June 28 2011 instead of July 28 2011. see related link and enlarge fuzzy picture
The 4th map pack was talked about with world at war also, but the sales staff at Activision are getting ready to release modern warfare 3 and not spending there time releasing a 4th map pack. Remember that's the game that they are already taking preorders for and are hoping that the release will outsell Black Ops record breaking sales.

No there is not going to be a Map Pack 4. Map Pack 3 was released in August 2009 the same summer as map packs 1 and 2. The next Map Pack release will to to the new Game by Treyarch Call of Duty Black Ops. The game is a sequel to the Call of Duty World at War

Treyarch did not release a Call of Duty World at War map Pack for the Nintendo Wii when they released 3 for the Xbox 360 and PS3 and they may have the same plan for Call of Duty Black Ops
