No there will not be a new Black Ops, but Treyarch will make a new Call of Duty Series game with Zombie Mode for November 2012 release Treyarch developed the Call of Duty World at War and Call of Duty Black Ops and they will have a new game available in November 2012. Nothing is known about the game yet except that the company develops new Call of Duty games every 2 years and Black Ops is the current best selling video game on record. You will not have to wait for the New Treyarch game for the next Call of Duty series release because Infinity Ward also develops the Call of Duty series games for Activision and the 3rd game in the Call of Duty Modern Warfare series will release on November 8 2011. You can already preorder MW3 at many stores although it will be available at most retail outlets. Last year the $60 retail price dropped by 20-30 percent for the holidays starting with the Black Friday early sales for Call of Duty Black Ops.
