Chances are, No.
Sony only made the newest PSP because they were upset that people could still hack the psp 2000. So they installed a chip in the new psp-3000 that makes it currently "unhackable". Then they realeased it.
Since they fixed the hacking, they have no new reason to release a new PSP for a while, until the hackers find a way around the chip, and/or sony finds somthing new to add to the PSP

They did they made the PSP Go and on February 15 and 22 2012 the Playstation Vita will be released. The Vita will be the new Playstation Portable and shows how the Playstation will not always keep the same name for new products. It's not called the PSP Vita
PSP is not going anywhere because Playstation is making a new handheld called Playstation Vita and it's coming out in February of this year.
That's pretty much a psp. That would be the new PlayStation Go, which costs more than the PSP....so the answer remains no.
I believe that the old one is bigger then the new one
If you mean will they give you a new PSP no, but you can get something (very little) off on a purchase of a new PSP

You can't get a new screen for your PSP, but you can always get a new one at a local game store or walmart.
