Yes and no, They are going to make many new sonic games and Sonic Unleashed was origionally going to be named Sonic adventure 3, but I think in 1-3 years should bring it along.
Besides, the Sonic Adventure series contained the only two "good" 3D sonic games.

Sonic Adventure and Sonic adventure 2 were based off the anime series "Sonic X". As for sequels, Sonic the Hedgehog 2006 is very similar in gameplay. And finally I wouldn't expect a multiplayer function any time soon, those games are just too old, and judging by the recent Sonic games I'd say that SEGA have moved away from the "adventure" style and have focused on a more basic style (sonic colors and sonic generations are a good example of this new game style). So I wouldn't expect a "Sonic Adventure 3" or a multiplayer function any time soon.

No, not all chaos do, but it is possible to have a chao evolve so that it resembles Sonic by having it first evolve to a running-type hero chao, then have a second transformation again as running type.

Carry the ananimal, get close to your chao so that your shadow is near your chao and put the animal. The chao will get the states + you can use it again and again! This can also be used in sonic adventure dx
