Yes there will be new games coming out after Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver.
Game Freak officially announced a new generation of Pokémon on February 7. Being such a recent announcement, very little information is currently known however the new games are expected to be released in Japan sometime in the later half of 2010. The first two Pokémon of Generation 5 to be revealed ("Zorua", the Evil Fox Pokémon, and "Zoroark", the Monster Fox Pokémon which are both of the Dark-type) will appear in the 13th movie, "Ruler of Illusions Z" (premiering in Japan sometime in July). You will see someone there if you are going to trade with someone. Talk to the person you are going to trade with and ask them if they want to trade.
