I am a real estate investor with over 20 years experience in everything from single-family to multifamily. I currently am a principle in over 3300 units.
I like Sheets books and CD's. I learned a lot from them and the many other programs that I bought over the years. However, they must be combined with a real estate investor group in your area if you are really going to excel. Books and CD's are just not enough by themselves.
