Is there is a fix to enable the deleting or moving of files and folders in Windows Vista?

Fixing Vista's Slow Deleting/Moving Files Well, after having asked the question, a few days later I found one way of getting around Vista's screw up of making it nearly impossible to move or delete files. I have two websites and I use CuteFTP 8.0 to upload files, photos and folders. I found I can delete any of them from anywhere on my hard drive using the FTP information at the left. That side of the panel shows what I have on my drive that I might want to upload from my computer. I just right click on the unwanted files and choose 'delete' or 'move'. That's it!! Quick, easy and painless!! I'm going to assume that any FTP software will allow you to do the same, but I can't promise that as I don't know what the others do or how they work. If yours is different and this system works for you, share that info in a string to this answer, won't you? Thanks! Mickey Ray Binghamton, NY

First of all, I've tried deleting it by dragging it to the recycling bin, which doesn't work. I've tried Shift+Del on it, and it doesn't work. I've even booted my computer in safe mode with command prompt and tried deleting it with the command prompt, and it doesn't work. Every time I try deleting or even moving it, it just shows the load window, but doesn't have the bar moving... It stays like this. I've tried leaving it on over night, and nothing is different.
