there are lots of them that are still narcotic but so weak that their not harmful unless taken in extremely high dosses. There are also non narcotic pain killers that may be fine for what you need. specify what your on and what its neeeded for and i could tell you what you could switch to or other options.

Answerpain killers shoud not be taken with aspirin. aspirin is a form of pain killer, could over medicate. Also aspirin thins the blood. consult a Doc.If you have an Rx Narcotic Pain Killer, you should be able to take it with aspirin. You should not use another NSAID (ie Aceitamenophen, Naproxen, Ibueprofen, etc.).
