Yes. Humans, animals, and plants make Earth their home. Earth is the only planet that can sustain life (it is the only "Living Planet").

As of this writing, there is no definitive proof of silicon based life on the third planet circling the star Sol. This is unfortunate as there are several areas which could become a tourist attraction on this rather cool and moist planet. There is movement and transmission signals coming from this planet however. It is assumed that the planet itself is giving off these signals in an effort to attract silicon life form to it. The idea that there are other types of lifeforms is ridiculous to this researcher.
