It really depends on a variety of factors rather than just its nutritional value, calories, etc.
So, if you are generally healthy: not overweight, you're physically active, and you eat one jello (sugared, original, classic jello) per day, then it wouldnt benefit your health since it has almost no nutritional values and it is pretty much based on artificial flavorings, colorings and sugar, but it wouldnt make you gain weight either, However, if you eat more than 2 or 3 jellos everyday, then chances are than you will eventually gain weight, and of course your body will have more unnecessary, unhealthy sugars. If youre extremely active, and/or eat quite little and well, then the jello might affect your weight too much. If you cant help but eat more than 2/day, then my suggestion is to buy the sugar-free kind, which is not good for you, but has almost no effect on you either, Yes, the flavor wont be the same but you should be able to get used to it. However, I think its better if you limit yourself to one jello/day, and either way, sugar-free is always better. So, stay active, limit your jello eating, and be as healthy as possible. Hope I helped
Gelatin is a slaughterhouse product; it is chemically processed collagen which is derived from the skin and bones of animals; it is not "meat" per se but is definitely not vegetarian.
yes, even if it says reduced fat or something like that ok this may sound disguisting, but the stuff that mekes jello so gelly is ground up animal bones and fat, so yes

Jello is water, sugar, and other chemicals that make it all bouncy and such. There is no pork in jello. Pork flavored jello would be a little wierd.
No, Gelatin and jello are not made of pig fat. There is no fat at all in these products. They are made from cow and pig bones and hides through a chemical process. There are those that argue that the process removes any taint of the flesh. Others contend that the origin makes a difference.
