No. The mincemeat that you can buy in the store is vegetarian.
Edit - This may not always be the case; I've purchased mincemeat (Nonesuch in the jar, in this case) in the last year and found that it still contains animal product (beef) in the ingredients list. There's no actual meat, in the traditional sense, though (it's probably just beef tallow or suet). Just a heads-up for those who might have dietary concerns.
No not normally as yeast is a raising agent. However, depending on pastry used there might be yeast present there but highly unusual as it would need to be made with a Pizza dough and I have not heard of pies being made this way. Pies are normally made with either short crust, puff or suet (steak and kidney pudding) pastries.

Mincemeat pies are pies made with mincemeat. Years ago, they were served as a main dish. Now, they are served as a dessert, often on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Today, mincemeat refers to a spiced mixture of chopped raisins and apples and other ingredients with or without meat. Originally, mincemeat was a way to preserve meat, which was cut up small and other ingredients were added. It was canned for storage.
First, realize that "mincemeat pie" means different things to different people. Some figure it is a sweet dessert pie, containing fruit and spices with or without meat, that is generally served around the holidays. Others view it as a savory chopped meat dish that is the main course. In either case, refrigerate the pie if it is not consumed right away and it contains meat.
Dec 2009 Just bought it at Krogers in the aisle with canned pie fillings a little north of Houston.
The meal I remember from my past is turkey and dressing, mashed potatoe's and gravy. Sweet potatoes and a veg to round off the meal. Dessert was usually apple pie and mincemeat pie.
I can remember when mincemeat actually had meat in it.
