Yes there in only one god.

It is difficult to answer. Each religion seems to have it own deity or deities and adherents believe in that existence. In the Christian community there is claimed to be one god which is really three gods. Furthermore the god of the Christians is called the "god of gods" and other terms which imply a pantheon of sub-gods.
