Preparatory Merit List: More SC, ST and PD candidates for Preparatory Course Counselling In addition to the candidates in the Preparatory Merit List of JEE-2009 announced on May 25, 2009, some more candidates belonging to SC, ST and PD categories have been selected for counselling for Preparatory Course of 2009. Candidates belonging to these categories are requested to recheck their JEE-2009 results. Letters for counselling has already been posted to all those candidates. Candidates selected for Preparatory Course may use the application and other relevant forms to be used for preparatory counselling by downloading them from the link Forms for Counselling. Preparatory Course for SC/ST/PD Candidates Against the unfilled reserved seats for SC, ST and PD (Physically Disabled) candidates, a number of candidates belonging to the respective categories have been selected through JEE-2009 by giving relaxations in the minimum qualifying marks in Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics for ranking and the aggregate cut-off mark. These candidates have to undergo a Preparatory Course of one year. On successful completion of the course, they are admitted to the courses for the session 2010 against the unfilled seats of JEE-2009 on the basis of their performance in the course.
