The government...they believe we need "protection" from awesome people like Loki, ManRay, Sweeney Todd, etc.
No i dont think the government has anything to do with things like superheroes.... Look, A superhero is just another world for hero who has a new kind of trait something that normal humans dont have... Like for example Stephan Hawking.. People consider him a superhuman because he is one of the worlds smartest people... People who create things you can call them Superheroes because they invented something new... All the government does is create laws... Superhumans are also considered superheroes because they have the mind or incredible power to be one...

∙ 15y agoYes, there is one known example. His name is Mr Media and legend tells us that he lives in the Loughton area (Debden). He has a known superpower - everything he touches breaks. I believe Mr Media has visited me tonight, he has left a trail of destruction of broken plates. I am in the loughton area, has anyone else experienced this phenonema tonight?

∙ 14y agoyes, but only when someone they love/like is in danger. what happens is in you blood there is something called adrenalin (ad-dren-al-lin) but it is stuck inside you but when someone is in danger it gets out and makes you super strong and super agile.

However, if you mean superheroes like Batman or Spiderman, then no, these people do not exist. Batman, Spiderman, Superman, Catwoman etc are all works of fiction.
