There are places a person can go to if they have an eating disorder, anorexia and/or bulimia. They are usually called medical treatment facilities, not rehab. An eating disorder is a medical illness, like cancer. Rehab is for something like drug or alcohol abuse. A self inflicted problem, that was (usually) caused by substance abuse. A person can be born with an eating disorder, it's not a problem that is caused by substance abuse, although people who are afflicted with an eating disorder might abuse a substance as a Result of the medical problem.

∙ 12y agoThere is some free help that can be found. Many clinics can offer some help, in the form of medication or basic medical attention. Unfortunately, it is unlikely that a person can find free in-patient treatment or sufficient out-patient treatment. There are many free support groups, both ones that can be attended in-person or found online. Some nutritionists may be able to set up a one-time session just to give basic information, too.
