There are places a person can go to if they have an eating disorder, anorexia and/or bulimia. They are usually called medical treatment facilities, not rehab. An eating disorder is a medical illness, like cancer. Rehab is for something like drug or alcohol abuse. A self inflicted problem, that was (usually) caused by substance abuse. A person can be born with an eating disorder, it's not a problem that is caused by substance abuse, although people who are afflicted with an eating disorder might abuse a substance as a Result of the medical problem.

There is some free help that can be found. Many clinics can offer some help, in the form of medication or basic medical attention. Unfortunately, it is unlikely that a person can find free in-patient treatment or sufficient out-patient treatment. There are many free support groups, both ones that can be attended in-person or found online. Some nutritionists may be able to set up a one-time session just to give basic information, too.
