yes, and for a number of reasons. one, because chronic fatigue and difficulty sleeping are common among people with ADD as well as people with various types of depression, and two, because people who have ADD tend to cope through self-medication, often without realizing it, most commonly through the use of caffiene and nicotine, both of which can cause difficulty sleeping and can therefore cause feelings of exhaustion apon waking.
