Yes there is. Hobos is another word for the homeless. Some people, even famous people aer hobos. They have so much money that they only rent places to stay. Then when they are bored, they'll move somewhere else. That means that the person is homeless. However, they still are rich. They just choose not to permanently live somewhere. So, then they are, a rich hobo.

There could be, because a hobo is basically a homeless beggar, and there could be a wealthy homeless man with alot of money, but no home and could be a beggar. I heard a true story about a homeless man who always pushed a shopping cart with two garbage bags in it, and when he died, the city opened the bags and found $500,000 in it.
