Yes it is called passive aggressive disorder. A passive aggressive personality will repeat himself over and over again to not allow you to express yourself. They also will respond to everything you try to tell them before you are finished with your sentence. This is there way of (conciously or subconciously )to not let you express yourself or too not hear you. Im not sure which one. I should ask that question.
