There is no Ice and Fire-type Pokémon however there is a Water and Fire-type Pokémon and that is Volcanion. Volcanion is the last event-only Pokémon that will be available in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y and it is considered a Legendary Pokémon.
Fire types are the best against ice type pokemon, fighting types are another good chose.
