if your a thirsty athlete, drink. if your a returded mohfoh, ask this question
Usually by the time your body is thirsty, it is already dehydrated. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day will nearly get rid of that thirst response.
Sharing drinks is not a indication of how much someone likes you, and its a good way to spread disease.
No. He apparently does enjoy a good drink occasionally but there is no indication, as far as the public can discern, that he abuses alcohol.
Clouds are a good indication of water in the atmosphere, and a good indication of coming rain (if they are dark clouds).
drink something with a good amount of sodium because sodium acts like a thirst quencher. so yeah.
No, thirst may not always be a reliable indicator of the need for fluid in lactating women. It is important for lactating women to stay hydrated to ensure an adequate milk supply and overall well-being. It is recommended to drink water regularly throughout the day, even if thirst is not present.
Yes a good athlete but shes not nice.
The best drink to hydrate your body would probably be a sports drink. Though water is the best choice to stay hydrated, a sports drink is more appealing after water becomes rather bland to our taste buds. We may stop drinking water before we actually hit the correct amount for hydration! Though sports drinks may not be as good as water, it does hydrate your body if you drink them in large quantities ...... but back to your question. The best drink for thirst-quenching is definitely water. After a long game, jog, run, work-out, or just as a break between classes, water will quench your thirst. Even if you hate it and want something like beer, coffee, or a nice can of Coca-Cola, don't! Drink water. It's healthy and takes away your thirst. ^^
the athlete is awesome
Quenching your thirst ;)
Yes. No. By the time the person craves something cool to drink they are already dehydrated and that's why a good 8 - 10 eight ounces of water are important each day.
Soft drinks DO NOT hydrate you - they do quite the opposite, actually. While water may be the base liquid, there are also other compounds in there (e.g., potassium), which works to dehydrate you. If you want something to quench your thirst and rehydrate yourself, you drink water. If you want something for flavor, and aren't concerned with hydration, then you'd drink a soft drink. But softdrinks is good to, it energizes your body and it improves your body. The best example of good softdrinks is Mountain Dew.
