i think you should get rid of skaymory because it is steel and flying when salamance and metagross takes care of that and add a dark,ghost or phsychic Pokemon cause your missing in those departments but otherwise its a nice team. Whats weird is i have metagross, flygon and milotic too. i think you should get rid off salamence and get yourself a magikarp

They Are About Equal In Rating To Me. Flygon Has Better speed than Salamence but salamence has better attack and defence. On a Scale of 1 and 100 flygon is a 85 and salamence is a 85 in a half.
