no you should not.

Swampert, Gengar, Arcanine, Electabuzz, Tyranitar, and Lucario, so that you have strengths in all areas(types)
I would, but it is really based on moves/stats and how you team them up.
Too many Dragon and ground types. A balanced team: Nidoking, Milotic, Tyranitar, Espeon, Glaceon, Lucario. Nidoking, Tyranitar, and Espeon can learn good TM attacks. T-Tar can learn Fire blast, thunder and a bunch of others. Lapras actually works better than Milotic though. You can also switch out the Lucario for Dialga. My team, Ludicolo Gyrados, Houndoom Tyranitar Mamoswine and Metagross, check out my Pokemon teams for more combanations Milotic, Tyranitar, Lucario, Dragonite, Heatran and Cresselia is an o.k team my team is Empoleon, Heatran, Garchomp, Luxray and LuCARIO
Yes, since Garchomp is a Dragon/Ground type it is resistance of Electric attacks. And it protects itself from Fire,Water, and Grass and cuts half of it's damage. It is also really strong. Tyranitar has Earthquake and can whip out most Pokemon, especially Steel types. When using Tyranitar in Double Battles make sure you have Lugia, Charizard, or Latios in the battle too. Latios has the levitate ability which resist all Ground type moves. Lucario is high in attack, not only that it has strategy and powerful moves when it levels up. Lugia is high in Def, Sp. Def, HP, and Speed. So if you want a defensive, quick buddy in the battle, bring out Lugia. Charizard is also quick, and it has really powerful Fire attacks. It could whip out Ice, Grass, and Steel Pokemon. I hope this helps!
My team is Luxray, Raichu, Jolteon, Zapdos, Ampharos, Electivire. My team is Magmortar, Blaziken, Rapidash, Charizard, Arcanine, Infernape. My team is Lugia, Latios, Latias, Rayquaza, Garchomp, Regigigas.

1.I think Garchomp can 2. Arcanine learns it at level 49 and then Lucario can learn it too.
I'd say if you don't have the national dex then get:rapidash,garchomp,lucario,bastidoon/rampardos,gallade and your starteer Pokemon fully evolved Or if you'r talking about the national dex then use pal park and get luck to get:rayquaza,(use event to get this) arceus, charizard, suicune, tyranitar, dragonite good luck for your Pokemon team!
