This is not correct because it is two complete sentences run together. They need to be separated by at least a semicolon, if not a period.
1) I know you have it; just give it to me.
2) I know you have it. Just give it to me.
Either... I know you have it ! Just give it to me ! OR I know you have it, just give it to me !

We can indeed give a correct answer most of the time.
Well really it depends on if people that answer know these questions as people just put in answers. Some people do know and give you correct answers. Others deliberately give stupid answers, as they think that is fun. Sometimes people don't properly understand your question or misinterpret it and so the answer they give is not correct. Most answers are correct though.
The correct saying is, "I would give anything just to hear your voice."
Most people just do this so they can get there contribution total up. They don't give any thought into their answers, just their post count. That's where supervisors come in. Us supervisors correct and flag answers to make them a whole lot better.

Maths is EVERYWHERE in the real world ! Take the simple act of buying a newspaper. How will you know (a) what money to give the vendor, and (b) if the vendor has given you the correct change. OR - how will you know if you've been paid the correct wages for your job ! And they're just simple examples !
Go to school. Be at least semi-intelligent. There isn't a magical trick to tell you if what you are writing is completely correct. You just have to know.
