I would be extremely surprised if it were on YouTube or anywhere online. This was a made for TV movie from around 1986. I only saw it once in my life, shortly after it came out, and I hardly remember any of it.
Most made for TV movies I remember (High Price of Passion; Home Sweet Homeless; Cast the First Stone; and a Karen Allen movie about a jealous lover I can't find the name of), I saw once within a year or two after they came out, and never again. None were broadcast again that I know of, never on VHS, DVD, or anywhere. It's like they disappear.
Actually there is one exception I know of. Into Thin Air with Ellen Burstyn. Made for TV movie in 1985 about a college student killed by an ex-con. It was available on DVD for a while. Very good true story.

Yes he did
I checked both Wikipedia's and IMDB's articles on the late Richard Crenna and nothing shows up in his filmographies to indicate he was in such a program that you described but he may have been but his role went uncredited .
