No. However, many see a prohibition on cheating coming from the tenth commandment: Thou shalt not testify falsely. When a person cheats, especially on an examination they are giving testimony as to how well they understand the material that is itself a fabrication and a lie. Therefore, cheating would fall under the purview of false testimony. This, though, is not the only interpretation.
