Like most wars, each side has it's own reasons, each thinks they are right. When Kel Thuzud used the Orcs and basically posessed them to force them to fight for him, it placed the Orcs at odds with The Alliance; BUT the spell was broken and Thrall was able to lead the Orcs to Kalimdor and even made some truces with the Allies. They didn't last long. The Forsaken (Undead) are almost as bad as the Scourge but have aligned with the Orcs and the Taurens for their own reasons, and the Taurens joined the Orcs and Trolls to keep their homeland. All of these groups believe they have certain rights (to own, to use, to live) and aren't going to be convinced else wise.
