It is not intended for regular users and only works on certain devices, such as Google's Pixel C tablet, Xperia Z, and the newer Nexus devices: the Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus 6, Nexus Player or Nexus 9. Before installing, backup your device! When you're ready, head over to the Android Developer's page and sign in using your Google account. Then enrol your device in the beta program. Once enrolled, you'll get updates to Android 7.0 N just as you would with regular OS updates.
You will have to install the Android OS from scratch. You can download the right factory image from the Google Dev site: https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
