Australia's government is a democracy. Specifically, it is a form of representative government known as a parliamentary democracy. This is a political system whereby the Parliament, which has been elected by the people, has the final say in all matters of policy and law-making.
Not necessarily, you can have a capitalist economic system under an authoritarian regime as well as under a democratic regime. Some forms of economy, like central planning, occur much more easily under an authoritarian system than a more democratic one, but it is not wholly impossible for a democratic regime to embrace central planning.

Atheism, as a belief system, does not inherently dictate a specific system of government. Atheism is the lack of belief in a deity, and individuals who identify as atheists can hold a variety of political beliefs and support different systems of government, including democratic, socialist, or authoritarian systems. Atheism itself is primarily concerned with questions of religion and does not necessarily define one's views on governance.

'Authoritarian' would refer to a system of government in which an individual or group had absolute control, whereas 'Anarchy' would refer to a lack of government.Authoritarian Anarchy is an oxymoronic government system which could not exist without being completely redefined.
The democratic system is the type of system that allows a government to use power given to it by the people. In a democratic type of government its the people who elect their leaders.
