-Uh NO! Twilight, both book and movie series, is the worst disgrace to any vampire fandom ever. Even the Southern Vampire series (True Blood) is better than that crap.
You want a good, young adult, vampire series? I recommend The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod. It's no Shakepeare, but it's crazy good. My favorite vampire series of all time.

The Twilight Series is the best series of books I have ever read. I totally recommend that you read it. For more information check out the authors official site this is the best series ever i think everyone should read it! there are a couple bad words but that's it. i totally recomend it!
